After-hours claims service gives you the peace of mind you deserve around the clock. New software is continuously being introduced that enables us to deliver a level of service that wasn’t possible only 10 years ago. We’ve embraced technology as a way to enhance your access to important information, as well as improve our ability to respond quickly and efficiently to your inquiries. There’s one thing that we haven’t done…and will never do. We’ll never ask you to sacrifice personal service for the sake of computerized efficiency. We still believe that it takes a personal relationship to develop trust, and a computer simply can’t relate nor understand the importance of caring for a family.
While we use the latest in cutting-edge technology, we still believe in shaking hands, listening to people share their concerns and offering solutions instead of products. Our name says it all. "Neighbors helping Neighbors." That’s our job and we take it seriously at Community Insurance.
